Hello, I'm Caleb Learned, a dedicated holistic health practitioner with a Doctor of Chiropractic degree and 15 years of experience in holistic health. My journey into the world of natural healing was profoundly influenced by witnessing the transformative effects of diet and lifestyle changes on my own family and my mother.

Inspired by my mother's incredible health turnaround through a natural, raw whole foods diet, I developed a deep passion for holistic health and wellness. Additionally, changing my wife's diet and lifestyle completely transformed her quality of life. She was suffering from hormonal imbalances that caused severe irregularities in her monthly cycle and affected our ability to have children. After six months of trying for a baby, we realized that hormonal disruptions were causing infertility. Immediately, we changed her diet and lifestyle, and shortly after those drastic changes, we became pregnant with our now 2.5-year-old son, Ezra. Not only was he born healthy, but the birth was a remarkable three hours, compared to the typical 12-24 hours for a first birth. All of this led to the creation of Lumina Spire Restorations, a holistic practice that focuses on sharing the incredible healing power of cellular health I have had in my life.

Living in Hawaii, I am deeply inspired by the culture and the spirit of Aloha, which emphasizes love, peace, and compassion. Many misconceptions surround true health and healing, often leading people astray. Lumina Spire Restorations was founded to illuminate the path to the pinnacle of one's health, clearing the fog of misinformation. By offering accessible, natural health solutions, I strive to empower individuals in our community to achieve optimal well-being and live their best lives. Embracing the holistic and balanced lifestyle intrinsic to Hawaiian culture, I aim to promote health and harmony in our local community.

Dr. Learned received his Doctor of Chiropractor (DC) license at Life University in Atlanta, GA. He continues to pursue knowledge to improve his specialty in cellular health and is finishing an additional Master's in Nutrition & Sports Health Science as well as a Lymphatic Drainage Specialist (MLD) certification.
