Service Description
This initial visit assesses your eligibility for chiropractic care, lymphatic drainage stimulation, and holistic healing regimens. It includes a thorough consultation, comprehensive history, and examination with orthopedic, neurological, and special tests if necessary. During your next visit, you will receive a Report of Findings / Wellness Plan and, if appropriate, your first adjustment. Lymphatic work may be performed during the initial visit, provided there are no contraindications. Note: Chiropractic adjustments are typically not performed during the first visit if you are new to chiropractic care and have underlying issues requiring additional evaluation.
Cancellation Policy
Appointments - All appointments must be scheduled in advance through our online booking system or by phone. - You will receive a confirmation email or text message once your appointment is booked. Please review the details and notify us immediately if any changes are needed. Arrival - Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to complete any necessary paperwork and allow for a smooth check-in process. - If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to ensure we stay on schedule for other patients. Full payment for the scheduled session will be retained. Cancellation and Rescheduling - We require at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. - Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance and no-shows will result in forfeiture of the cost of booking. - If you need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request without any additional charges, provided it is done within the 24-hour notice period. Waitlist - If an appointment slot becomes available, we will notify waitlisted patients immediately via email, call, or text message. - Waitlisted patients will have 24 hours to confirm their appointment once notified. If confirmation is not received within this timeframe, the slot will be offered to the next patient on the waitlist. Thank you for choosing Lumina Spire Restorations.
