Cancellation Policy

Appointments - All appointments must be scheduled in advance through our online booking system or by phone. - You will receive a confirmation email or text message once your appointment is booked. Please review the details and notify us immediately if any changes are needed. Arrival - Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to complete any necessary paperwork and allow for a smooth check-in process. - If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to ensure we stay on schedule for other patients. Full payment for the scheduled session will be retained. Cancellation and Rescheduling - We require at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. - Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance and no-shows will result in forfeiture of the cost of booking. - If you need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request without any additional charges, provided it is done within the 24-hour notice period. Waitlist - If an appointment slot becomes available, we will notify waitlisted patients immediately via email, call, or text message. - Waitlisted patients will have 24 hours to confirm their appointment once notified.
